Free work?


Now trouble calls and all upgrades are being given the Quality Control treatment.
Besides the fact that there is often simply not enough time to "bring the jobs up to code"
this company does not even pay for the small parts. Now Qc guy's are going around taking pictures of any one thing
that will allow them to charge back for the whole job. Now keep in mind the service calls are fixed and the upgrades are done.
We are talking about old work, that either didn't get done at the install or is not all that important anyway (stickers with the providers phone number.)
The co does not offer any kind of way for the installer to put in to get paid for the extra work.

Anyway just venting.
