That's exactlly my thought too . You know I have been around for a very long time doing the same thing. Now you can say what you will charging guys. This guy has it correct. You need to maybe go back to the basic standard install procedures and stop going by what you learned at/or from the hsp tech's. You guys are crazy, you come to my house to do anything and tell me that there would be an extra charge for you to go into my attic, you would have the door hitting you in the ass. You charging guys are a major part of the satellite industry problems. Heck , the pay went down so stick it to the customer. You guys are crazy. Stay out of my installation areas, I loathe people like you. Thanks cableman for telling the preps what the hell is what.
