So you still have to answer the other question............If you are hurt what will happen?
Your customer is still liable for your actions. You cannot be covered by Workman's Comp. because you are the owner of yourself and your company.
This whole deal about individuals being "contractors" is a real streach that circumvents laws passed to protect workers.
