There are some good ones.  Usually the guy that has been in the field working before are decent.  In my opinion the ones that havent are not so good.  They usually go to the MSO and whatever they say do, they say yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.  Its the ones that have no concept of what we do that are horrible.
