I also saw some smaller companies unionize just to recieve benny's for there employees . also saw lots of jobs go over sea's, cause the unions couldn't hold them here . and taxes drove the companies away. in S.C. the textile industry went overseas and the state is  still devasted by unemployment . unions weren't the problem it was cheaper to get from other countries.
