I guess you didn't read the prior sentence to him charging for the flat wire. The house has @ minimum 3 wires in every room, from existing dish network, directv, and cable. Everyone ran their own lines. You don't charge a customer for flat wire when the damned room is pre-wired. You might, but then again, you might be part of the problem.
