You want more holidays than "them" how is that discrimination other than on your part??? And who are they, them, us, we, arent we all HUMAN BEINGS living on the same planet living and working together(unless of course we have it your way and "they" will work while your on a holiday........Right??)
sounds like you are lazy and dont want to work and get paid for it.
