i am by no means a know it all or a perfect tech but i fell in love with this job 9 years ago and i have found that for the most part if i am making my company a profit they dont mess with me i stay professional go to the stupid meetings compromise when its appropriate , and i always get work and lots of it , it may sound stupid but bottom line i love directv i love my customers and i make darn sure my customers are satisfied evrything else is  a grey area, sorry if this is a stupid post , im no body
