its pulling fiber across the the water...7 mile bridge, from marathon to key west. did it in the early 90"s for TCI. was really cool, watch out for the mayngroves, banana spiders, and manatees. first two suck but swimming with the manatees was far cool!!! spans are 500' each wide open. did it off a barge with NO high ranger.... that was mans work, so if you ain't, stay home or die. friendly advise from someone who"s been there!!!! but it was a lot of fun!!!!
