It's not just the cable Industry,You are seeing it in a lot of trades.I use to stack towers in between my cable gigs same thing there.They have driven the price down,Hiring young inexperienced guy's that will work for 10,11 bucks an hour and then pushing them to do more for less.Thats why you have a climbing death rate in that industry.
