It benefits the inhouse guys more especially when your ceo got a 12 million dollar christmas bonus and your busting your ass for 18 hr I think it works better in the big cities when you have to deal with them anyway I dont know verizon guys do pretty well I wouldnt mind making there money its a matter of opinion everyone is right and everyone is wrong
