actualy im am not with a hsp!!! i am one of the few project managers left for contractors who actually believe in quality over quanity and thats what i preach to all my techs!!! the reason all the companys dont pay is not that they are just keeping your money, its that they are not getting paid. the only reason a company doesnt get paid is becouse they dont follow the rules, and their techs do shit work becouse all their guys are overloaded. the key to being a good company is quality! if you make that happen then everything else falls into place.
