I think the HSP program puts too many unqualified satellite installers into my profession. Like I said, my brother-in-law is a tech manager..He is one awesome technician, but managing a bunch of monkeys that deem what his pay will be. Screw that, I know it's nice to get a paycheck for no actual labor. but I want to be the one who is in charge of my own destiny.
