I guess the best thing to do is let it be decuded in court
If he is guilty then it seems to me he is not that much of a stand up guy because now NO-ONE will be getting paid and I am sure ALL of his assets and accounts will be frozen.

And if he is innocent then I will be the first to admit I am wrong.
