Almost 3/4 of a million on one invoice is a lot of money. I'm sure Duck expected to complete the work and was just pre-invoicing and it came back to bite him in the ass. Its still no excuse and I would not have taken the job in Tucson had I known the facts and what was looming. Duck is still good people and always trys to take care of his workers. He just got in to deep with the bank. Hopefully he will learn from all this and keep things much simpler.
