I don't like those tiered systems either. Makes you wonder if there is another tier higher than yours that you just don't know about.
I think cable is the only business I know of where you always have to prove yourself! It seems if someone doesn't know you, then you are assumed to be a lying worthless POS until you prove otherwise. Even if you have 20 years.... 30 years in the business, it just doesn't seem to matter, lol. What's up with that?
