Just wondering why would someone run a help wanted add that states they pay on a tier system looking for Independent contractors.I know this is probably a stupid question to some and I will probably hear about it,But to me it makes me feel like they are trying to get your services as cheap as they can for as long as they can regardless of your qualification's.Every time I see a add as such I usually laugh to my self and move on.I don't know maybe I'm the one f*cked up!
