I am thinking they are using the minimum wage as a loop hole so they can still pay us piece work and consider us hourly. He said they pay you piece work or hourly which ever is more. If I can't get enought work to make a piece work check, then it wouldn't be worth it. Just thought I would see if anyone else is working for an employee based contractor and how it is working for them.
