 Bingo,you win the gold star for the day. Let alone the fact that there is very little aerial rebuilds these days most jobs being retro with fiber overlash now is not the time to be getting an aerial crew going besides the 100+k it takes to equip one out. Scott if you want to get in try and find an old school flatbed strand crew to take you on and learn from the bottom up, its best that way.
