They must teach him that over at Comcast (how to fool people)...much like how their in-house techs go out on service calls and fool the customer, then us 1099 contractors, o my fault forgot we're w-2 now also, have to go out and actually complete the job because some lazy in house tech kept telling the sub "its your cable box, i'll just swap it out", knowin damn well that wont fix the problem....they really just don't want to rewire the house.
