he has his blackberry tied into his emails.  i have the same thing.  a phone call earlier that day wouldve been better.  some people dont have respect. i used to be a manager, i know the hard work and hours you can put in.. i did 19 hours a day 7 days a week. if it was me to recieve an email at 1 in the morning i would sent one back with an attachment of my foot in his ass!!!
