Re: Digital break up

I have been watching this at home and I noticed something yesterday cloudy a little rain and no ditgital break up . I have 100% signal on most  and I thought this to be like years ago when I would wire a three city block  hosital in philly and get over drive ups and downs I believe the break up is coming from the locals as it doesn't happen on the movie channelss or the game s200 300 600  no break up only on the locals .now the locals here come from the 119 so maybe this will help  maybe not
