Well the bottom line is, Did you keep the vehicle key's and company phone ?
Most of these company's call it a eye for an eye.. It's like apples to orange's
You keep my key's & phone worth maybe $100.00 and I keep your last 2 checks for $3000.00
they don't put a value on it .. they just put a you keep mine and I keep yours..
