That is very similar with comcast here in Va. Before they even talk to you.  You have to take a personality test and a test that has nothing to do with the work at hand.  I guess it's not how much you know, its how dumb you can be.  Me and one other person was going after the same job.  I have 7 years experience, he has none.  He got the job.  Whats wrong with this pic?
