I can't give much details but DirectSat is loosing their contract with DirecTV for Arizona and a few other markets.  I do know the contractor that is in process of taking over the market.  Its a great company who pays very well.  Several of their markets they pay 80/15 and more for KaKu.  When things finalize alot more I can give you more information and contact numbers.
