directsat going away in west valley phoenix???

Hearing lots of talk, but not getting much confirmation or denial. I live in the west valley but work in the east valley for what I thought at the time was a fair contractor. learning that isn't really the case and looking for a contractor on the west side that will still be around if directsat is gone???  I've been down this road before with some of you old schoolers on here. But still looking for that last good contractor company out there for directv.
