Behavioral Control section should answer it simply...As well if you are indeed found to be an employee and not a contractor, the prime you are working for as well as the MSO that deems things be done in specific manners and at specific times and using specific materials could as well be responsible for your income taxes as per they are the ones responsible as an employer to make such deductions and assure they are paid to the proper parties and or entities.
Why do you think that the cable companies are pushing for all employee based primes ? Because it serves to severe their liability in the matter.
