Check to see what freq your tiling on, and then check for any broadcast in the area of the same freq. I have seen several times an analog broadcast station coming in right off the back of tv's knocking out the channel. Worth a shot if everything else checks out. Last i would have the customer log times for you, that will help track any patterns like maybe when their pot growing light comes on in the evening.
This sounds like the case where the lady kept calling with snowing pics. Tech goes out nothing worng so he cleans her glasses and everything was better.
