The reason i did not fight this before is he must have just ammended his taxes because it was not filed with the irs before. that is why the irs just contacted me. the work was performed in 2006.... dont you think the irs would have wanted their money before now????  they sure would not have waited a year .... i wouold have heard from them last year if i stil owed them money.
