So I take it your doing fine since you got your 100k in the bank to fall back on.... All in all if your a contractor, which is a business upon yourself. If everyone in this business had to have 100k in the bank to start then there would be very few primes. Many good companies were started by individual subs. The man I do alot of work for has a few thousand employess but just 15 years ago he was an installer. Im a sub and am still waiting on pay for storm damage from Houston. Could have been a prime and come out better there. I'm positive it will be taken care of soon enough though.
