not an employee, but 1099. my role was to be the liason between prime to the subs of the sub i work for, coordinate all work issued to the field techs,attend meetings with prime and mso, deliver materials to the techs in the field,collect and submit all paperwork(dailies,weekly's,inventory use reports),resolve any design issues,assist field techs with traffic, and many other general tasks to keep project running smoothly and on time.i did not turn any field production myself,if i did i could understand a retainage being held on that production only.
