Their is a lot of truth to what you are saying,but their are a lot of people on here that are good at what they do and take pride in what they do,just like their are a lot of people that do not in this field and a lot of that has to do with the way the Industry has evolved,now it's about getting the work done as cheap as they can by who ever they can get to do it!As for the training, I am right their with you. I fought about that sh*t for a long time, Got tired of running into brick walls. Now back in the field doing my own thing, Get calls to come back in the office, To be frank it's not worth the bullsh*t.
