Be very careful, you may want to talk to a business lawyer to see how to protect yourselves. Along with that money, we also paid $5,000 in legal fees, wages & operating expenses. Not a fun battle by any means.

Any monies paid within 90 days of bankruptcy is subject to being recollected by the trustee. We were paid in full by Orius in 2005, but just now settled & had to pay back $15,000. We got off easy compared to some.
