You never know what to expect. It all depends on where you are. If your paperwork is good, they will pay. If your work shows effort, they will pay. If you think your going to make easy money, forget about it. Go look at the system and see how it looks. If it's garbage so is the management in that area. If it looks good then ride it till the wheels fall off. Ex Charter maintainance tech speaking that has seen all their bad and good.
