Anyone see this?

Did anyone see the guy (contractor) that froze on his ladder in cincy i think and had to be rescued by the fire dept? The guy said he couldn't feel his leg's and was too scared to try and climb down. He was only up 15 ft. It was on the 11:00 o'clock news. God this industry is really in bad shape!!!
