This is what happens when companies like Comcast hire managers with no work experience in this industry. Just because you have a degree of some sort, it does not mean you know anything about what is really happening. Look at the state of the entire country, and you can see it is not just this industry. Education is very important, but means nothing without experience. Many of us with both are happy to be out of this kind of ****. i feel bad for all those who have to put up with it. The old days are gone, unfortunately.
