Do not give him any of your employee information. He cannot ask for copies. All he can ask is if YOU have the information and are YOUR company in compliance with all employment laws.

At most, as a company owner, you may need to sign his form saying that your company is in compliance of all State and Federal employment laws. If your company is not in compliance, then obviously you would be in breech of contract (after you sign one of course) and subject to losing that contract.

If you hand over the personal employee information that he is asking for, YOU are violating employment laws.

If you do hand it over, be ready for the worst case scenario. Employee theft, ID theft and such.

IF he won't back down and demands that info be turned over. WALK AWAY !!!
