Im with you Loco. I worked in Oklahoma City.. 90 % easement. More dogs in the poorer neighborhoods. What rally sucks is whe you are at pole in the middle of 4 yards and they all have the barking dogs. There was many of times I was hollering and cussing but to no avail. I would not have gave a crap if the owners come out or not. They were prolly laughing inside.
I have had some let there dogs out because I was working. ccok scukers.
