Get there phone number and call them every 10 minutes asking them to shut there dogs up.I had that problem up in Oklahoma years ago after the third call you could him yelling and beating the dog.it would be quiet the rest of that night.People that have barking dogs usually can sleep through anything, except a phone call.Chuck
