If this is happening in Ft. Wayne it has to involve LHR. Remember in Ft. Wayne comcast is competing against fios and loooooooosing big numbers of subs'. They are hurting but they also have the tribs (tributaries or outlying areas for you yunguns) to keep their Ft. Wayne system alive. If at&t goes fttp in the tribs comcast in Ft. Wayne is doomed. Just food for thought, it might be only in the fios areas that this is happening. Later, Red
