thanks for the input. It seems that I have been fighting an uphill battle. I am tired of trying to get people to perform and be productive. They dont have any desire or drive-just wanna do status quo. I know I have the skills to make the $$ but am a little hesitant to jump out there after reading posts of getting ripped off or not paid. Thanks.
