in my opinion find a few small contractors to work for OR find one BIG one and try to work your way up to being their main contract splicer.... make sure you have all the tools you will need (and even some of them you might need for any ocassion), all insurances, and enough money in your bank account to stick it out for the first few months.... as i said my humble opinion, but i've never worked in-house. plenty of work out there for quality folks. especially cleanin up after hacks!!!!
