Preplanned Communities with no Pre-Planning! Construction starts - Power Company has the Go! They put all their lines in first as they have the precedant..... Gas Company next... Oh Let Us Build it All at once.... Then Telco and Local CATV.... All at Once???? No Joint Trenching????? No Locates available.... Cause No one has a Clue!!!!
I sat and watched as Power hit gas .... CATV MSO had backhoes digging where they hit Power..... And Yes Gas hit Power.... Splice, Splice, Splice, Fitting Fitting!
Has Anyone Else Seen This?
