yeah like you were sayin' the basic operation of the truck is the easy part the touch that ya have to develope only comes with time, ya know what I'm talkin' about (rod tension, speed, rotation) if he's lookin' at the job posting in the UG const listings he'll need a winch truch with 1/2 inch steel winch line,slugs manhole jacks and bull wheels. then there's the cable equipment. plus all your saftey stuff
the linemen are slimein' but at least they're still climbin'
