you betcha, always do your duct verifications first. I heard about a job where about 1200 feet of rod got pushed into the wrong manhole only 100feet from the set up then rotated (to clear the blockage) tore up a bunch of splice enclosures
the linemen are slimein' but at least they're still climbin'
