look here I have been in this situation recently. I had this crack head it " i saw it cause i thought it was a woman but it was a dude with a girls voice and tits" but this crazy person came at me with a big claw hammer and a knife because i cut her cable off cause she was stealing and would not sign up. she had her family surround my car so I could not leave and made me hook her cable up during this time I called police and they never showed up when i was done she let me leave and i flagged the police down and took them over there all they did was stand by so i could cut the cable off again but would not press charges on her or damaging my signs or assaulting me. so there you go thats why people steal cause the police don't care
