That is how I read it.
I have dealt with them before and the think that really gets my attention is.this guy who did the shooting will eventually get to the place wher he explains his action as, ..."We'll I was using a lot of crack back then ...hope you will forgive and forget. Bad crack! Bad, bad crack!"
Remember. even though you wander through the shadow of the valley of death ye shall fear no evil.......because you hit the 'hood early when all the crack heads are still out."
