Depends on where and who you are getting it from, Here in north Florida, I am getting over 10 thru comcast, DSL barely 3. And it does take telephone forever to roll a truck, they usually just wait for the rain to stop and give their lines a few days to dry out, then they call you up try to convince you that they did roll a truck and ask is everything well, last time I just laughed at them and hung up.
