DEDICATED CIRCUITS! DSL sucks....aggregate circuits are still more reliable. Sure, frame relay is way expensive...and oh by the way price a DS3, but you wont have to worry about your service going up and down during an upgrade. People choose cable internet because of many factors.....cost is the biggest one. Unfortunately there is a F ton of copper rotting in the ground...but its still being utilized. Sooner or later we will be using the plugging into something that doesnt look like an rj11, rj45, or even coax....it will be st, sc, or some other fiber variable.
