That might work if you were paid by the hour. If I pay you to build a house Im not paying you by the hour. If I pay you to install cable Im not paying you by the hour. Im paying you by the job. You dont do you job by the way we agreed you dont get paid. But on the other side of the coin contractors shouldnt hold back just because the mso didnt pay.
